It's finally December and everybody is putting out their recap of the best of the year. As more and more companies jump on the trend of showing their consumers what mattered to them most, Time magazine has led the charge in naming at least one pivotal end of the year award: Time's Person of the Year. The publication has been awarding their coveted title of "Time's Person of the Year" since 1927 and are set to announce their person of the year this coming Wednesday.
As an appetizer to the announcement, Time released a list of names being considered for the title, including Taylor Swift. In her company are Vladimir Putin and Barbie, as well.
