2.6 million of the recalled mugs that were sold in the United States after customer complaints regarding loose lids.
The recall is for all Stanley Switchback and Trigger Action stainless steel travel mugs. If you bought these, RECALL. If you got a different version you should be in the clear.
Why is a loose lid a big deal? Well it's a problem because it's not supposed to leak, oh and the 38 reports of burn injuries, spills, all the things that happen when something isn't working the way it's supposed to.
