The Average person loses five nights of sleep monthly worrying about their finances, and 59% feel waves of anxiety between pay cycles. 68% of millennials in particular feel this anxiety, also known as “pay paralysis.”
72% agree that financial wellness is as important to mental health as meditation or mindfulness. Just know it is okay to say ‘no’ to events or purchases that don’t fit your budget. Take the lead in suggesting group activities by using free or low-cost activities to stay connected without going over your budget.
