McDonald’s Double Big Mac Is Making A Comeback: Starting on January 24th, McDonald’s is reintroducing the Double Big Mac which is like the standard Big Mac, but with four beef patties instead of two. Um yes. Get it my face, but why have you been gone so long Double Big Mac?
It was first introduced in March 2020, but quickly went away due to cuts made in response to the pandemic. The new version is coming out as McDonald’s is revamping its burger offerings, with improvements like softer buns and meltier cheese. The reintroduction comes at a time when consumers are demanding bigger burgers and better values amidst rising inflation, and the company’s CEO says it will help them to deliver a large, tasty burger at a competitive price.
