The newest trend for Gen Z and more is “Silent Walking” and says that it will “change your life.”
“Silent Walking,” the phrase was also used before that by influencer Arielle Lorre. “I feel like when I walk in silence, my senses are on high alert. I smell everything, I hear everything, I am seeing everything, and it’s so grounding for me,” she on her podcast. “I know the hot girl walk had its moment. I’m trying to make the silent walk girl, or guy, or whatever, a thing.” Regardless of who actually started the movement, now thousands of Gen Zers are leaving their tech at home and going on a “silent walk.”
