Spencer Elden was the naked baby on Nirvana's 'Nevermind' Album cover, and he just revived his "child pornograpy" lawsuit against the band after it was already dismissed by a federal judge last week. In the new filing, Spencer who is now 30, dropped his claim related to sex trafficking after Nirvana's lawyers argued the alleged trafficking occurred before lawmakers made it possible for victims to sue using the federal sex-trafficking-of-children statute. Elden is sticking to his early clam that the ban photographer "intentionally commercially marked the child pornography." This time, Elden removed the language which accused the defendants of child sex trafficking. Nirvana's lawyers have stated that Elden "has spen 3 decades profiting from his celebrity as the self-anointed 'Nirvana Baby,' saying thta he has re-enaced the photograph in exchange for a fee several times. Elden also has a huge Nevermind tattoo on his chest , and admits he used it to pick up women.
