David Beckham is opening up about how one of his habits affects his whole family.
While speaking at a panel for the launch of his new supplement brand IM8 on Monday (April 7), the retired soccer star shared that his obsessive organization often grates on his family's nerves, including wife Victoria Beckham and their four kids, Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13, per Page Six.
"I am very organized to the point where it's quite tiring every single day because I am so organized," he said, adding that it takes a toll on his family. "It annoys my wife, at times. It annoys my kids, at times."
While it may frustrate his family at times, Beckham said that it helps them get things done because "without Daddy, nothing would be tidy and nothing would be organized and they'd be forgetting things."
The 49-year-old former pro athlete has been vocal about his mental health struggles in the past, including in his 2023 Netflix documentary Beckham in which he spoke about his obsessive compulsive disorder causing a need for things "to be perfect." He even showcased that compulsion in front of the crowd at the panel, rearranging a stack of IM8 bottles set up like a pyramid because it "was a little bit off."
