If Donald Glover upset you with his unnecessary Lady Gaga diss earlier this week, then he might win some brownie points when you hear what the hip-hop multi-talent did for a 6-year-old Girl Scout by the name of Charity Joy Harrison.
Sometime within the last week or so, Harrison and her father Seymore Harrison Jr. achieved some viral success for remixing Glover's delightfully smooth "Redbone" to get a boost in on her cookies sales. To her surprise, they also caught the singer’s attention in the process.
During his Thursday (March 1) appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Glover spoke about the father-daughter duo and their ode to Thin Mints, Trefoils, and Tagalongs, admitting that he felt "really touched" to learn that they were from the ATL. But the first-grader took her hustle even further when she surprised Glover on the late-night show and walked out mid-appearance with a cookie order form.
"Well, this says 'My cookie goal is 113.' You know what? I'll take them all," the singer told Harrison. "Obviously Thin Mints," he specified because we all know they are the best of the batch. Scroll on below to see the adorable late-night segment.
